Physical Therapy
- Physical Therapy Consultation and Sessions
I conduct a thorough assessment of your health history, medical conditions and injuries to uncover the underlying cause of your imbalances. I develop a program that will assist the body in healing, create a balanced body and improve function. I use a whole body approach into my programs. - Posture/Body Mechanic Assessment
I conduct a thorough assessment of your posture and body mechanics and provide you with a program that will improve your daily movement patterns and decrease the wear and tear on your body.
Exercise
- Individualized Exercise Program
I assess your current fitness level and work with you to develop a comprehensive exercise program that meets your goals. Programs may include: cardiovascular, endurance, strength training, stretching, mind/body connection, breathing exercises, and more.
Wellness/Nutritional Counseling
Holistic nutrition is based on the holistic, natural and preventative principles of health. It addresses the nutritional needs of the whole body with consideration given to the individual’s health history, genetic traits, detoxification and digestive health, acid/alkali balance and lifestyle requirements. By utilizing dietary strategies, holistic nutrition allows for an effective, customized plan for everyone.
The personalized program is customized specifically for you. I do not utilize. We all have unique nutrition and health needs due to our bio-individuality (age, genetics, health history, ethnicity and more) and therefore thrive on different diets. Through a series of sessions we help you become an expert on your nutritional health needs, teach you how to incorporate them into your daily life and provide you with strategies to maintain a healthy eating lifestyle forever.
The goals of your personalized nutrition program are to radically improve your life, resolve concerns surrounding food and your body and provide you with tools for a lifetime of balance.

Please arrive on time for all appointments. Late arrivals will receive shortened treatments due to end time being the same. - Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of the service. - Cancellation Policy
In an effort to provide you with optimal healthcare, I reserve your session time exclusively for you. Please provide me with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment time. Cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged the full price of the session.

Extreme Makeover, Kitchen Edition
Do you want to organize your kitchen so it is full of healthy foods
that are easy to prepare? Do you want to learn how to grocery shop
for healthy whole foods?
Dr. Mowry will come to your home and help you reorganize your kitchen and stock it with healthy whole foods. Dr. Mowry can also accompany you to the grocery store and/or farmers market and teach you how to shop for whole natural foods, read labels to avoid chemicals and harmful ingredients. She will show you how simple it is to prepare delicious, quick, and healthy meals.
Stay Hydrated, Stay Healthy

The average human loses between 3 and 6 liters of water on a
typical day. One to two liters rushes out as urine, and another
one-tenth liter in defecation. Water lost as vapor when you breathe
could fill around 1 to 2 liter water bottles a day and even more
in arid locations. Sweat fills up another liter on an average
day, but that amount can reach 1 to 2 liters per hour in an intense
workout.
But if you're dehydrated, that super gulp won't give you the quick fix you dream of. The body can only absorb about 1 quart per hour. Drink plenty of clean and filtered water throughout your day, every day. How much? A good rule of thumb is to drink enough water to equal 1/2 your body weight in ounces. For example: a 150 lb. person needs 75 ounces of water every day.
